On Oct. 6th, Rosler Metal Finishing USA, LLC celebrated the expansion of their Battle Creek facility, consolidating their US knowledge centers and increasing their capacity to serve customers throughout North America. More than 300 people, including City of Battle Creek officials, members of Battle Creek Unlimited, the company’s representative network and employees were on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony and celebration.
In addition to tours and entertainment, the official ceremonies included congratulatory messages from Governor Rick Snyder, Representative Jase Bolger, Speaker of the Michigan House of Representatives and State Senator Mike Nofs. Remarks were also made by by Rösler Group owner Stephan Rösler, “Rosler US is a very important part of our global presence and the expansion in Battle Creek demonstrates the deep level of commitment we have to the North American market. I am very happy to celebrate the opening of the new Battle Creek campus with our employees and business partners from the region and around the world.”
The new 300,000 sq ft campus includes Rosler’s 15,000 sq ft process and test lab, production facilities for both ceramic and plastic media, state-of-the-art finishing equipment, assembly and administrative offices. Remarking on the event, Harold Wagenknecht, President of Rosler Metal Finishing USA, LLC, said, “The advantages of a centralized facility with streamlined functions in production, sales, inside sales, marketing and purchasing, as well as our aggressive commitment to our customers, propelled our decision to invest and expand at this critical time.”
